Terms of Service

VibeFather is a library of website templates. Each template is a written prompt and a DESIGN.md file, plus one or more live demos that we built from that prompt with AI coding tools. You copy a prompt into your own AI tool to build a similar site.

You need an account only for early access and other member features. Keep your email address current and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

• Free templates. Prompts and DESIGN.md files of free templates are licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0. You may use, adapt and share them for personal and other non-commercial purposes, with credit to VibeFather.
• Commercial use. Building a site for a business, a client or anything you sell from one of our templates requires a Pro license. Until Pro licenses are on sale, email us if you need one.
• Pro templates. If we give you access to a Pro prompt, you may use it for your own projects. Do not publish, resell or share Pro prompts or other member-only content.
• Live demos. Demos are for viewing. Their source code is not licensed to you unless you get it through a paid plan that includes it.

The site your AI tool builds is yours to use under the license above and the terms of the AI tool you used. Because AI tools produce different results each time, your site may differ from our demo.

• Copy the library in bulk, or use it to build a competing template collection.
• Get around access controls, rate limits or the Pro paywall, or share access keys.
• Overload or attack the website, API or MCP server, or use them for anything illegal.
• Present our templates as your own original work, or remove credits and license notices.

We write every template ourselves and build every demo with AI tools. When a template is inspired by someone's work, we credit it on the template page. Brand names only describe a style source; we are not affiliated with those brands. If you believe a template uses your work or rights without permission, use the takedown form and we will review it promptly.

We do not charge for anything yet. When paid plans launch, their price, billing, renewal and refund terms will be shown before you pay and will form part of these terms.

The service, the templates and the demos are provided “as is”. AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Check what your AI tool builds — including its accessibility, security and the licenses of any libraries it adds — before you publish it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using VibeFather at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may stop offering part of the service or close accounts that break these terms. Sections on licenses you already received, warranty and liability continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes go to the courts of Hong Kong, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
