Privacy Policy

• Account details. When you sign in we store your email address. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we also receive your name, profile picture and the account ID from that provider. We only ask for basic profile access (name, email, picture) — never your contacts, files or repositories.
• Early-access status. Your place in the Pro early-access queue and whether you have been invited.
• Usage events. When you copy a prompt, open a live demo or fetch a template through the CLI or MCP server, we record the action, the template and the time, together with a random ID stored in your browser and, if you are signed in, your account ID. We use this to rank templates by popularity.
• Requests you send us. If you file a takedown or change request, we keep the name, email and details you submit so we can handle it.
• Technical logs. Our servers and our CDN (Cloudflare) process your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and block abuse.

• To create your account, sign you in and send sign-in links.
• To run the early-access queue and email you when your spot opens.
• To rank templates and decide which ones to make next, using counts across all visitors.
• To keep the service secure and to answer your requests.
• To send product emails such as new templates, only if you sign up for them, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

If you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with GitHub”, we use the name, email address and profile picture we receive only to create and sign in to your VibeFather account and to show who is signed in. We do not request access to any other Google or GitHub data, we do not use this data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to anyone except the service providers listed below that we need to run the site. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We set one essential cookie, which keeps you signed in. We store a random ID in your browser's local storage so popularity counts are not inflated by repeat clicks. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Site-wide statistics come from self-hosted Umami, which does not use cookies.

• Tencent Cloud — hosts our servers and database in Hong Kong.
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, security and storage for demos and media.
• Resend — delivers sign-in and notification emails.
• Google and GitHub — only if you choose to sign in with them.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in Hong Kong and the United States. They only process it to provide their service to us.

We keep account details for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your account details and remove your account ID from usage events. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security. Takedown requests are kept as long as we need them to show how we handled them.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails. Depending on where you live — for example in the EU, the UK or California — you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

VibeFather is not meant for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
